Edie Chang

Assistant Division Chief, Stationary Source Division, California Air Resources Board

Edie Chang is an Assistant Division Chief in the Stationary Source Division at the California Air Resources Board. She is responsible for development and implementation of California’s plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This includes the AB 32 Scoping Plan and the greenhouse gas cap-and-trade regulation. Edie has been with the Air Resources Board for over 18 years. Prior to working on climate change, Edie managed the Carl Moyer diesel incentive program. She has also worked in air quality planning and on the zero-emission vehicle program.

Edie received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. She is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.
