Brad Neff is Senior Manager of Long-Term Energy Policy at PG&E. Brad’s responsibilities at PG&E have included the coordination of cap and trade implementation—including regulatory affairs, market readiness, and customer impact. Currently, Brad is working to ensure GHG and related energy policies work in tandem to achieve California’s climate objectives at the least cost. Before joining PG&E, Brad worked as an economic consultant at LECG and received an MBA from HEC Paris, where he also helped establish a sustainability club. Brad also holds degrees in Business Finance and Economics.
